      MEF is an independent, macroeconomic business forecasting organisation which specialises in global
        scenario and risk analysis. MEF's products & services are aimed at business economists/strategists
        who need assistance in interpreting UK/Global economic developments and in capturing the <em>range</em>
        of likely business/sales outcomes; in short, we aim to help eliminate <em>unnecessary</em> macroeconomic
        risk via a range of online subscription tools & services. Whilst operating out of both London & Manchester,
        MEF is predominantly a web-based service. However, MEF has a consultancy collaboration with its academic
        partner and can call on their academic expertise in performing economic/industrial consultancy. This ability
        to fuse (global) macroeconomic analysis/forecasts with industrial/sector knowledge helps meet a growing area
